Q: What will happen when I purchase a template? We will send you a download link by email. Normally you will receive the bought template instantly and the delivery should never take any longer then 5 hours after the purchase is confirmed.

Q: What software do I need to edit the Easy Flash Templates , Gallery Admin Templates and Os-commerce templates. No other software is needed to edit these templates. Adding text, pictures, music can all be done through the easy to use provided tools. Only if you want to change the actual design you need a paint program and Adobe Flash

Q: What software do I need to edit the standard Flash or HTML Templates? To edit a Flash File you must own a copy of Adobe Flash 7, 8 or CS3. To edit an HTML template you must own an HTML editor

Q: Which Flash version is required to edit the Flash files? You need a copy of Adobe Flash MX 2004 (7.0) or higher, so Adobe Flash MX professional 8.0 version, and Adobe Flash CS3 are perfect as well.

Q: How do I edit an Easy template? All our Easy Templates come with an external text file to edit the content of the template, and you do not require a copy of Flash or Flash knowledge to edit these templates, to read more about these templates please click here.

Q: What kind of Flash skills are required to edit a Flash Template or Easy Flash Templates
Basic skills are good enough to change text, pictures, sound files and changing button labels, and button related action script in Flash Templates. To edit Easy Flash Templates you don't need that skills. All files and images located outside flash and you can easy change it without expensive adobe software. Q: How do I change the text in my HTML5 template? A: Simply find the text that you wish to change in any HTML editor (Notepad ++, DreamWeaver, TextMate, etc.) and replace it with your text. Note! Do not delete text inside angle brackets ”<” ”>”. This is HTML tags and can't be deleted.
Basic HTML knowledges good but not required for editing HTML5 templates.

Q: How can I change the audio file for the Easy Flash Template or HTML5 template? A: Find file music.mp3 and change it with your file. Give your file the same name: music.mp3.

Q: How to mute sound in HTML5 template by default. A: a. Go to folder "js" and open file "script.js" with text editor.
b. Find lines

f. Open file "css/style.css" find this line and delete it:

Q: How to change pictures in Easy Flash Template? A: All images are outside flash. So you don't need Adobe Flash software to change images. Open folder "images", find image you want to replace and replace it with your image. Use the same size of image and name it as original image. Name for images case sensitive. Please use "jpg" but not "JPG" for file extension.

Q: Can I use different languages in your easy flash templates? A: Yes, you can use different language but you need to change some fonts in template, that do not support your language. For more information click here.

Q: How to create hyperlink in Easy Flash Template or HTML5 template? A: The <a> tag defines an anchor. An anchor can be used to create a link to another document, by using the href attribute
The most important attribute of the <a> element is the href attribute, which indicates the links destination.

Use target (target="_blank") to specify where to open the linked document (_blank, _parent, _self, _top)

Q: How can i change email address for contact form? A: To change email address for mail form open file:
- contact_config.php (for HTML5 templates)
- mail.php (for Easy Flash Templates)
Find the line with email address and replace it with your email address.

Q: Can I use "mailto" function in Flash? A: Yes. Here is example:
